Rafael Ramos

​                             Cadet Rafael Ramos distinguished himself through exceptional composure and exemplary military bearing during the February JROTC Cadet of the Month Board. Demonstrating a sharp uniform appearance, confident speaking skills, and a thorough command of cadet knowledge, Cadet Ramos successfully rose above a highly competitive field of his peer. His performance throughout the evaluation process reflects his dedication to excellence and brings great credit upon himself, his battalion, and the JROTC program.
